14-day money back

The free film costs nothing, so this page only concerns purchases. You can ask for your money back within 14 days of your purchase, without giving a reason, as long as you haven’t published the film, for example on a website or a social network. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How to ask

Write to hello@url2flix.com and include the order number from your Paddle receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly through paddle.net, signing in with the address you bought with.

Who pays you back

Paddle.com Market Ltd. is the merchant of record and the seller, so Paddle makes the refund, usually within a few working days depending on your bank.

Right of withdrawal

For consumers in the EU, the statutory right of withdrawal can end once the film’s creation starts with your express consent. Paddle asks for that consent at checkout. The 14-day money back on this page applies regardless.

If the film can’t be made

If your film can’t be made or we decline it, we arrange the refund ourselves.

After a refund

Your right to use the film ends with the refund. Please delete it and stop publishing it.
