1. Who we are

url2flix is a brand of rematic media GmbH, Argentinierstraße 51/1, 1040 Wien, Österreich (“we”). These terms apply to the url2flix website and service.

2. Buying through Paddle

Checkout is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle is the merchant of record and the seller: your purchase contract is with Paddle, not with us. Payment, invoicing, tax and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our refund policy applies in addition and takes away none of the rights you have under those terms or by law.

3. What you get

We turn a publicly reachable web page into a 15-second promo film without sound. Text, images and colours come from that page, and an AI writes the film’s lines.

Free film: With no sign-up and no payment, you get the film in 4:5 with a watermark and can change the text and pictures once. It lets you see the film before you buy and is deleted after 7 days. Each website gets up to three free films per week, and we also limit them per day.

Purchase: For a one-time US$14.90, including VAT where it applies, you get the film without the watermark in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9. One more change of text and pictures is included. There is no subscription.

4. Your obligations

You only use pages you own or hold the rights to, and you are responsible for the page’s content and your text changes. Pages and text are not allowed if their main offer or main subject is: pornography, sexual services, erotic or dating content; offers for children, or children as the main subject of the pictures; alcohol, tobacco, vapes, cannabis or other drugs; weapons; gambling, betting or lotteries; violence, hate, discrimination or extremism; scams, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, crypto or investment promises; miracle cures, horoscopes or fortune-telling; illegal goods, counterfeits, or pretending to be another brand or person. A check by AI and by hand can be wrong. We decline such orders and refund anything already paid.

5. Usage rights

You may use the purchased film without limits of time or territory, including as paid advertising. You may watch the free film and share it with the watermark.

6. Storage

The files of a purchased film are available for download for 30 days and are deleted after that. Please save them in time.

7. Availability

We aim for trouble-free operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, or a free film. If a paid film can’t be made, we refund the amount.

8. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. Beyond that, liability is excluded as far as the law allows. Check the film before you publish it, because you are responsible for how you use it.

9. Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.

10. Changes

We may change these terms for future purchases. Your purchase is governed by the version in force when you bought.
